Designing a new style of a model horse requires sculptors and finishing artists highly skilled in precision detail work. The team is large and they must be willing to become familiar with the ever-changing characteristics of a horse. Knowledge will be one of their best tools. Like with any crossbreeding, horses change their spots as new genes enter into the bloodline. The sculptor and the finishing artists want to incorporate the slightest changes in how the horse might stand, prance, and even carry its tail. Those features will be found in the next model horse.
